Another victim of torture committed by Chicago officers, wants former Mayor Richard Daley to give a deposition.

Ronald Kitchen was exonerated in 2009, after he spent 21 years in prison for murdering two women and three children.

His attorneys say the officers were under former police commander Jon Burge, when he was tortured into giving a false confession.

Daley was the Cook County State’s Attorney at the time.

Kitchen’s attorneys filed a motion in federal court to force Daley to answer their questions under oath.

“Despite… reasonable attempts to accommodate Mr. Daley, the city categorically refuses to make him available,” according to the motion.

Judges have ordered Daley to talk about Burge cases twice before, but the city settled the cases without a deposition from Daley.
