All winter weather advisories canceled

The National Weather Service has canceled all advisories for the entire Chicago area.

Little or no new snow accumulation has been noted since the mid morning.

Lake effect snow showers and flurries are still possible across lakeside communities  in Cook and Lake Counties in Illinois, and Lake County in Indiana through 9 p.m. Monday.

Any additional accumulation is expected to be 0.5″ or less.
