CHICAGO - His moves over the past seven years have made the Blackhawks into a dynasty.
Stan Bowman's ability to navigate a tricky salary cap by finding young players and crafty deals has helped him to build three Stanley Cup winners over the past six years. Once again in 2016 the Blackhawks are back in a position to content for the title.
But to do that, Bowman might have to work just a little more magic again as the team goes for it's first repeat championship in franchise history. Maybe the team could add a forward like Andrew Ladd or perhaps an impact forward even if it's just for a short time.
Chris Hine of the Chicago Tribune came on Sports Feed on Wednesday to try and answer some of these question. He talked with Josh Frydman about what the team might try to do at the trade deadline to increase their chances for another cup run.
