CHICAGO -- A retired Chicago bus driver scratched off a $2 million lottery ticket while riding the bus.
Roy Pittman was riding the bus home from a store when he realized he won the lottery.
As soon as he discovered his win, Pittman told the Illinois Lottery he started shaking.
Pittman is 71-years-old and has lived in Chicago his entire life. He plans to share his winnings with family and donate money to charity.
The ticket was purchased at Vincennes Food Mart, located at 400 W. 79th Street in Chicago.
The retailer received a bonus of $20,000, or one percent of the prize, for selling the winning ticket.
