Construction worker killed after falling from 3rd floor window in Wicker Park

CHICAGO -- A construction worker was killed after falling from a third floor window in the city's Wicker Park neighborhood.

The 54-year-old man was working on the third-floor of a building at 1660 W. Division Friday morning, which is under construction, when he fell from the window.

He was transported to Stroger Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

A death investigation is underway by police.
