CHICAGO -- One of Hollywood's leading men was in Chicago to support a cause that is dear to his heart. Colin Farrell attended a gala to raise awareness for Angelman Syndrome Saturday. Farrell's 13-year-old son son suffers from the rare, debilitating neuro-genetic disorder that affects one in 15,000 people.

Billed as the "largest celebrity fundraising event in Chicago," the gala hosted by the Foundation for Angelman Syndrome Therapeutics also featured appearances by Jai Courtney, Josh Peck, Retta, and Zachary Levi.
