A wrongful death lawsuit for a student at Northern Illinois University was changed, in order to name more defendants.

19-year-old freshman David Bogenberger died after drinking heavily at a fraternity pledge party in November of 2012.

The attorney for his family added 16 female students to the lawsuit yesterday.

The attorney said they were in a sorority that took part in the pledge ritual, and should be held accountable.

22 fraternity members of Pi Kappa Alpha also face criminal charges.
