CHICAGO -- Mayor Emanuel's point people on police reform gave an update today on new tactics and training.

They talked about what's been accomplished and what still needs to be done during a panel discussion at the Chicago Urban League.

The mayor says he's pushing ahead with police reform, despite word from U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions that he's may not enforce policing changes proposed in the justice department's consent decree with the city.
