STREAMWOOD, Ill. — A young man who became trapped in a sewer line in Streamwood and died has been identified.

The victim is 22 year-old Brett Morrow, of Gurnee.

He was about 20 feet underground, and 20 feet in, when he became stuck. The pipe was only about two feet wide.

He was reinforcing the pipe with fiber glass lining spray, which hardens quickly.

It took first responders four hours to get him out. But, it was too late.

Morrow was on the job for several years.

His Facebook page shows he attended St. Joseph's High School, and Eastern Kentucky University.

An investigation is underway.
