CHICAGO -- Investigators are now stepping in to try and determine what caused a 2-11 fire on the city's Far South Side Monday evening.
Fire officials said the fire broke out around 9 p.m. at the Hebrew Ysraelite Culture Center at 7130 S. Chicago Avenue in the city's Grand Crossing neighborhood.
The fire was struck around 10:30 p.m.
Three people were inside the building when the fire started. Firefighters rescued a woman with a disability from the second floor of the building.
Officials said there are no other reported injuries.
There is no information on how the fire started.
